Our Services

We provide a comprehensive range of medical services to meet the needs of our Bowen and Whitsunday communities.

General consultations

We provide comprehensive general practice consultations for acute and ongoing health needs. Our GPs diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions, coordinate care with specialists, arrange investigations and create patient-centred care plans. Appointments available in-person and by telehealth.

Children’s & family health

From newborn checks and growth monitoring to school-age health and parenting advice, our team supports families with child health assessments, immunisation scheduling and developmental guidance in a friendly, family-focused environment.

Vaccinations & immunisations

We provide routine childhood and adult vaccinations, travel vaccinations, and seasonal flu shots. Our nurses and GPs ensure vaccinations are given according to Australian Immunisation Handbook recommendations and maintain up-to-date records on your My Health Record where appropriate.

Chronic disease management

Our team manages long-term conditions including diabetes, asthma, hypertension and heart disease. We provide regular reviews, personalised care plans, medication management, referrals to Allied Health, and coordination with specialists to support better long-term outcomes.

Women’s health

Comprehensive women’s health including pap smears, contraceptive advice, smears, cervical screening, antenatal referrals and menopause management. Sensitive, private care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Men’s health

Preventive care, screening and management tailored to men — including prostate and sexual health advice, chronic disease checks and lifestyle support to maintain long-term wellbeing.

Skin checks & mole mapping

Regular skin checks and mole assessments for early detection of skin cancer. Our GPs provide clinical skin examinations, patient education and referral for dermoscopy or dermatology when needed.

Minor procedures

Minor skin procedures, wound care, suturing, ear syringing and other common office-based procedures performed safely by experienced GPs and nurses.

Mental health & counselling referrals

Assessment and management of mental health concerns, including GP Mental Health Treatment Plans, referral pathways to psychologists and allied mental health services, and medication reviews where appropriate.

Telehealth & phone consults

Telehealth appointments are available for eligible patients for follow-up care, medication reviews and minor acute concerns. Book telehealth via phone or request through the contact form; clear instructions provided for how to join.
